Waiting to leave!

I am counting down the hours (really the minutes) til tonight when I can go home and not think about work for three whole weeks. I expect to become and much nicer, calmer person.

Pixie Town?

We took a walk to Pixie Twon yesterday. Turns out Pixie Town is less Christmas and more creepy wooden elves doing wierd stuff. Oh well, it got us out of the office for a while!

Christmas Cards

To round out my Christmas themed weekend, yesterday I watched the Santa Parade (which seemed to be exactly the same as last year!) and made a few cards for my family gathering next weekend...

Create, Decorate, Celebrate!

I finally got my Christmas tree up and covered in a lot of red, burgundy and pink balls. White lights complete it. I love it!

Also have my little pink tree in the bedroom, full of crystals, feathers and hand-made paper balls.

The mantle has a few christmas things on it, not too much but just enough to add a little cheer.

And using Rachel's little tutorial I whipped up a couple of wreaths which look fantastic and cost less then $5 each!
Now I am really looking forward to Christmas!
