I've finally managed to upload some photos of my Holiday book I made in the weekend. As you can see I went with my favourite colour combination again!
Most of the pages came form Rachel's wonderful tutorial and some I made myself. I am also going to add pages of special events and memories as I go.Weekend Plans
My plans for the weekend involve starting on my holiday organiser/december book. I got this great tutorial from Rachel at Smile and Wave and am going to combine it with Ali's idea of December Daily. I did December Daily last year but felt it was a struggle to do a page everyday.
This year I am going to combine the two. An organiser that will have some pages in it from special events/memories etc. That way I don't feel obligated to do something everyday just so I can put it in the book.
My colour scheme is either going to revolve around pinks, dark raspberry, lemon/lime, teal and neutrals...
1. handmade corsage, 2. Pretty, Pretty, 3. pink owls, 4. Woodland Leather Journalette, 5. .favorite chairs., 6. Doors Open, 7. i like purple and aqua. , 8. Presents Are Fun, 9. Vintage Red Melamine Tea Cups
Or yellow, orange, teals and blues...
1. Cory + Chris II (Once Wed), 2. Abandoned Drive Thru, 3. A new day, 4. Aquarius, 5. Cory + Chris II (Once Wed), 6. Cory + Chris II (Once Wed), 7. Zacatecas 229, 8. Cory + Chris II (Once Wed), 9. So We Sailed Up to the Sun Until We Found the Sea of Green
Hopefully I will have some pictures to show you soon!
I love getting mail in the morning

Although it does make it much harder to actually go to work and not stay home and play!
I can't seem to get American Crafts stuff here in New Zealand anymore so I broke down, and despite the horrific shipping and pretty shocking exchange rate, I bought a whopping great load from Two Peas. It arrived this morning, much to my surprise. Now that was quick shipping. I can't wait to get home tonight and start playing!
But for now, I'm off to work. Have a great day.
