Anniversaries

Some anniversaries are good and some are bad. Some come with beautiful flowers and some come with terrible memories. But all of them come with a sense of hope and faith in the future.

This past year has been filled with such highs and lows. So much has happened that it seems like it must have been longer than 365 days. And yet I remember that day like it was yesterday.

My wish is for the next year to be filled with growth, a feeling of peace and my continued wonder at the strength of love that people can have during the best and worst of times.
