Finally, I conquered my fears, prepared for the heartbreak, then jumped up and down for joy when I managed to make perfect little Vanilla and White Chocolate Macarons! I used this recipe from Two Spoons and I have finally found a use for my good-for-nothing-except-making-macarons oven.
