Pick & Mix :: Sunday morning

I really like Design*Sponge's No-Buy Gift Guide. Some really cool ideas, I especially like the idea of a year's worth of letters.

These are just the cutest little dog figurines by Uta Koloczek, it's hard to pick a favourite. Via Dog Milk.

Ever since I saw this cabin renovation, I can't stop thinking how nice it would be to have a little place to escape to.

Ali shared what she was grateful for this week and in the post she shared this lovely poem, Love After Love by Derek Walcott. It really spoke to me and Ive already shared it with a couple of people close to me.

I've enjoyed making my own room spray this year, although I've only stuck with lavendar. This tutorial has given me a few ideas for a different direction though.

  1. Hi Dee,
I adored that poem that Ali Edwards shared. Seeing it in her sumptuous handwriting also helps, don't you think?
How have you been since Blogtoberfest? I just wanted to let you know that I'm hosting another (albeit gentler and more introspective) blog challenge over the month of December called #reverb12. Would be so rapt if you joined us!
    There's a little giveaway too. :-)

    Take care,
