As soon as I saw this cute cut file, I knew exactly how I was going to use it! It matches the Jumping in Puddles collection
from Rosie's Studio and was super easy to back (which is essential for me 😂). I added a bunch of teeny embellishments and photos and hand stitching and splatters and I honestly love it so much! ☂️☂️☂️
