A new addiction!

Help, I've caught the card-making bug! I've been loving the card kits from Studio Calico plus its a great way to use up all my scraps and try new techniques.

Despite my deep urge to hoard all these little beauties, I'm making a concerted effort to actually send them to people I care about. Nothing nicer than an actual card in the mailbox!

Ah, a long weekend. Just what I needed. Instead of rushing round and getting ready for work, I am sitting in the quiet, looking at pretty things and planning on pancakes for breakfast. This really has been a great weekend and I hope today will be the icing on the cupcake.

Plum is such an autumnal colour, so deep and rich. Truly one of my favourites.

Colour my World

Spring was definitely in the air around here this weekend (long may it continue!) and I am so drawn to these bright springy colours – daffodil yellow, sky blue, deep fresh navy blue.
