How have you been feeling lately? In all honesty, I've been feeling pretty low. SO this week I've taken the time to do some real self-care each day, moving, journaling, resting and some crafty time.
Today, I'm sharing this completely-for-fun page in my TN using some random bits and pieces from my stash. All that colour and sparkly really did lift my spirits. What are your go-to self-care habits?
