100 Tags of Gratitude

At the start of the month I decided I needed both a creative challenge and a way to boost myself out of the winter blues. And so #100tagsofgratitude was born.

Each day (or sometimes I make a few at a time) I make a wee tag using leftover kits and bits and pieces from my stash. And every night I record three things I am grateful for on the back.

Letter it March

One project I took on during March (and failed quite miserably too) was the #Letteritmarch challenge by JennyMaiedae. Hand lettering is one of those things I love to do but rarely ever find the time for. SO I was totally on board for one handlettered phrase per day for the month.

Unfortunately, March took a few fairly sucky twists and in the end something had to give. But I'm really pleased with the few that I did manage to finish.

In between

With the last days of Summer behind us and the relentless dark and rain closing in, I'm trying to enjoy as much light and warmth as possible. Even if it is in between showers!

Life in Instagram

I'm loving Instagram and my favourite bit is looking back at what I've been doing through my photos. I only have to remember to take my phone out of my handbag more often!
