It was so grey and wet this weekend and I really needed some cheeriness. So I sat down and made myself a colourful little paper garland.
These are so easy to make. I used punched shapes but you could easily use diecuts or scissors.
- Cut out your shapes. You need two shapes for each flower.
- Using a sewing machine (or you could hand sew) stitch the two shapes together, one on top of the other. Repeat for each flower.
- Stitch a little between flowers.
- Once you have reached your desired length, fold the flower halves back until they are at right angles.
- Hang and enjoy!
