Kellie Stamps :: Planner Love

So, I snagged myself a new planner (!) and what better way to start a new planner than with some fab new stickers! And luckily it's release day over at Kellie Stamps so I had some awesome digital and clear stamps to work with! I used the OBSESSED digital stamps to create some of these stickers and the JOT IT DOWN clear set to create some others.

The JOT IT DOWN clear set is perfect for using directly in your planner as well, I love the little circles and squares for making to-do lists!

So now all I need to do is get everything on my list ticked off before we head away for a little mid-winter break. I'm about to cross something off my bucket list as well this week so stay tuned for that!

Kellie Stamps :: June Sneaks

If your a planner lover like myself, you're going to want to see the Kellie Stamps June release! Releasing at the later date of the 15th this month, there is also a special deal where you can score yourself this oh-so-cute mini pencil!

And if you think planner stamps are strictly for planners, here's proof that they are the perfect size for Project Life as well!

Planner Love :: DIY Dividers

Someone asked me how I made the dividers for my planner. There are a couple of ways that I created my dividers. When I first got my planner I dove straight in and glued my existing dividers to some patterned paper, cut around the edge, punched some holes and started decorating.

I've used all sorts of things to decorate them, rub-ons, stickers, old postcards, washi tape. The possibilities are endless. And I get to use up my abundance of small letter stickers for the titles! Mostly I just wanted to have fun and if I change my mind or don't like the result, I'll simply make new ones. In fact, I'm pretty sure these are going to be changing often.

But once I decided to make dividers to divide the divisions (!), I had to find another way. I could have just traced the existing dividers onto some more paper or cardstock and then cut them out, but since I'll probably be making a few of these, I created my own cut file for my Silhouette. Then I can cut out as many dividers as I need! I've included the cut file below for those of you with a Silhouette.

Planner love

I finally broke down and ordered my first planner. She sure is a beauty. I've spent most of the weekend designing my own planner inserts and decorating the dividers to make it my own.

As well as being gorgeous, I have high hopes that it will help me stay a bit more organised by having everything in one place instead of the millions of notes and to-do lists I have floating around the place.
